Rooms of various classes have been booked at hotels within the vicinity of both venues. The last date for booking of hotel rooms at these special rates is 30^th July 2012. After this date reservations cannot be guaranteed. Payments and reservation terms should be through direct communication with the indicated person at each of the hotels mentioned.
