Rooms of various classes have been booked at hotels within the vicinity of both venues. The last date for booking of hotel rooms at these special rates is 30^th July 2012. After this date reservations cannot be guaranteed. Payments and reservation terms should be through direct communication with the indicated person at each of the hotels mentioned. Your email must state ROOMS FOR RECAP in the subject line. Mark a copy of your email to recap@pedrheumcourse.com and in the subject line write the word Accommodation-Recap.
